The customer puts forward preliminary requirements (capacity, voltage level, application scenario, size restriction, communication protocol, etc.). The technical team conducts a preliminary feasibility assessment and provides initial recommendations.

Formulate technical solutions (including electrical architecture, BMS/CCS configuration, structural design, thermal management, etc.) based on requirements, and provide preliminary drawings, bill of materials, and quotations.

Confirming the technical solution and delivery details with the customer. Sign the technical agreement and contract, specifying the lead time, acceptance criteria, after-sales service, etc.

Complete detailed engineering design (structural, electrical, software). Procure customized materials and arrange the production plan.

Carry out production and assembly in accordance with the design. Conduct system integration tests (including BMS/CCS function test, safety regulation test, communication test, etc.).

Customer on-site or remote acceptance (third-party inspection optional). Package and deliver the goods, and provide user manuals, certificates of conformity, and quality assurance documents.

Providing installation guidance and commissioning support. Offer quick and free response and maintenance services to system fault within the warranty period.
