About Jingye New Energy
Hebei Jingye New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. ("Jingye New Energy") was established in 2023 as the new-energy arm of Jingye Group. Supporting China's "30·60" dual-carbon goals, we integrate R&D, manufacturing, sales, and O&M of large-capacity battery energy storage systems (BESS), EV battery PACKs, and CCS integrated busbars. Our products serve smart grids, commercial & industrial energy storage, renewable integration, and green transportation, delivering one-stop solutions worldwide with full OEM/ODM customization.

As part of Jingye Group, Jingye New Energy combines full industrial-chain integration with large-scale automated manufacturing, in-house R&D and testing, and one-stop OEM/ODM service — from requirement communication and solution design through manufacturing, testing, and after-sales support.
Jingye New Energy's testing laboratory is the core platform of our quality system and is CNAS-accredited, ranking among the industry's top in total investment. It houses over 100 sets of professional testing instruments, including a leading automatic 2D optical measuring instrument for high-precision, non-contact dimensional control.
The lab covers every critical dimension — physical and chemical analysis, electrochemical performance, safety and reliability, environmental adaptability, and precision dimension and appearance inspection — across a full-lifecycle system of incoming raw-material inspection, in-process component testing, and end-product type testing for energy storage systems, power battery systems, and CCS busbars.

Quality is controlled at three stages: incoming raw-material inspection (vernier calipers, film rulers, 2.5-D withstand-voltage and internal-resistance testing), in-process component testing, and finished-product charge/discharge and liquid-cooling validation.
