From mid-power destination charging to high-power public stations, our chargers are engineered for reliable, cost-efficient operation.

What power options are available?

Our DC fast chargers range from 40kW to 240kW. The 40kW-160kW series is optimized for destination and depot charging — workplaces, hotels, shopping centers, and fleet parking — while the 60kW-240kW series extends to higher power for public stations and high-traffic locations.

Which vehicle platforms are supported?

The chargers offer a wide adjustable output voltage (up to 1000V), supporting both 400V and 800V EV platforms — passenger cars, vans, electric buses, and commercial trucks.

How efficient are the chargers?

Average efficiency is ≥94% at 50% load and above, with a power factor of ≥0.99, keeping electricity losses and operating costs low for charging station operators.

Are the chargers safe and stable for vehicle batteries?

Yes. Output voltage error, voltage precision, current precision, and ripple factor are all ≤0.5% across the full output range, delivering clean, stable DC that protects vehicle battery health over repeated fast-charging cycles.

Can the chargers be installed outdoors?

Yes. Our chargers use weather-rated enclosures suitable for outdoor commercial installation, with reliable air-cooling designs for stable operation.

Can chargers be paired with energy storage?

Yes — and this is a key Jingye advantage. Because we manufacture both EV chargers and battery energy storage systems, we can deliver integrated storage-plus-charging solutions that reduce grid connection costs and enable fast charging even on sites with limited grid capacity.

Does Jingye offer customization?

Yes. We provide OEM/ODM customization for power configuration, connectors, and communication protocols. Tell us your site type, desired power level, and number of charging points for a tailored recommendation.

Jingye New Energy Testing Laboratory is the core support platform of the company's quality management system. Its CNAS-accredited facility ranks among the industry’s top in total investment, with hardware and technical capabilities both reaching advanced domestic levels.

Equipped with over 100 sets of professional testing equipment, the laboratory features domestically leading key instruments, fully covering critical testing dimensions: physical and chemical analysis, electrochemical performance, safety and reliability, environmental adaptability, and precision dimension and appearance inspection. Among these, the automatic 2D optical measuring instrument—leveraging non-contact optical imaging technology—is widely applied to dimensional control of precision components, significantly improving testing accuracy and efficiency.

In the meantime, the laboratory has built a high-caliber testing team. Focusing on core links of the new energy industry chain, the team has established a full-lifecycle testing service system spanning incoming raw material inspection, in-process component testing, and end-product type testing. It delivers scientific, impartial and accurate technical support for a full range of products including energy storage battery systems, power battery systems and CCS integrated busbars, laying a solid foundation for the company’s product quality improvement and technological innovation.
