24V LiFePO4 Engine Start-Stop Battery

1、 This product is designed for 24V-powered vehicles and can be used for vehicle starting and powering low-voltage electrical devices.

2、 Monitor battery status remotely via mobile devices, including voltage, temperature, current, and remaining charge. Supports low-temperature charging and battery heating, along with remote communication and Bluetooth functionality. The cloud platform provides real-time monitoring of battery health and supports online diagnostics and remote updates.

3、 The instantaneous starting current reaches 2500 A, meeting the starting requirements of various heavy-duty truck models. The continuous charging and discharging currents both reach 100 A, satisfying the power supply needs of various low-voltage electrical devices on board. It can replace the original lead-acid battery or be used in parallel with one.

4、 The battery is labeled with a plus (+) and a minus (–) sign, representing the battery's positive terminal and the 24V parking air conditioning system's positive terminal, respectively; the negative terminal and the 24V parking air conditioning system's negative terminal, respectively. These terminals must be connected to the corresponding positive and negative terminals of electrical devices. Reverse or improper connections are strictly prohibited; wiring must be secure, as poor contact may compromise functionality.

5、 The button is used to power on/off the device and to forcibly activate the output when battery capacity falls below 10%.

What is the JY530 battery designed for?

The JY530 is a 24V lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery for heavy trucks and commercial vehicles. It handles two jobs in one unit: dependable engine starting, and continuous power supply for low-voltage onboard equipment such as 24V parking air conditioners — so drivers can run the AC during rest stops without idling the engine

What are the key specifications?

The battery delivers 25.6V nominal voltage with 206Ah capacity (5.3kWh of energy). Starting current is 1500A with a peak of 2500A, and it supports continuous 100A charge and discharge.

Can it replace my existing lead-acid batteries?

Yes. The JY530 is designed to directly replace lead-acid truck batteries, or to work in parallel alongside them during a gradual transition. Compared with lead-acid, LiFePO4 chemistry offers longer service life, lighter weight, and stable output.

Does it work in cold climates?

Yes. The JY530 operates in extreme cold down to -40°C, with 12-layer protection and built-in battery heating, maintaining reliable engine starts and stable charging in harsh winter conditions.

What smart features are included?

The battery supports remote monitoring of voltage, temperature, current, and remaining capacity through a mobile app, Bluetooth connection, and cloud-based diagnostics — useful for fleet managers tracking battery health across many vehicles.

What happens if the battery runs low?

When remaining capacity falls below 10%, the output can be forcibly activated with the power button — a reserve function that ensures the engine can still be started in an emergency.

Can the battery be customized?
