Key Functions

1. Connects cells to form the required system voltage and capacity — supports system voltages up to 1,000 V DC and current up to 500 A per busbar, for flexible series/parallel configurations in large battery modules.

2. Monitors each cell's voltage and temperature for the BMS — voltage accuracy ±5 mV per cell, temperature accuracy ±1 °C, sampling 1–10 Hz.

3. Integrated busbar design lowers resistive losses vs. wire harnesses — typical resistance reduction 30–50 mΩ per module, improving efficiency ~1–2% under high current.

4. Compact structure reduces wiring volume 20–30%, raising energy density in the same footprint.

5. Sealed, corrosion-resistant construction — IP65, operating temperature -40°C to +85°C, vibration up to 5 g RMS (10–500 Hz), cycle durability over 3,000 cycles.
