CATL visits Jingye New Energy to jointly explore energy storage safety and a zero-carbon future

Recently, a delegation from CATL Zero-Carbon Energy Company visited Jingye New Energy Co., Ltd. The two parties conducted in-depth discussions on battery cell reliability, safe operation of energy storage power stations, and zero-carbon transformation for high-energy-consuming enterprises. Kang Xueyuan, Deputy General Manager of Jingye Group, and Yang Liwen, General Manager of Jingye New Energy, received the delegation.

 

 

Accompanied by Deputy General Manager Kang Xueyuan and other leaders, the visiting team from CATL successively toured the energy storage container assembly line, the CCS production line, and the energy storage PACK integration production line, gaining an in-depth understanding of the processing procedures and manufacturing technologies.

 

Subsequently, both parties held a discussion. At the meeting, Huang Longfei, General Manager of Zero Carbon Energy at CATL, stated that as a leader in the energy storage battery sector, CATL possesses multiple innovative achievements such as long-life battery cells, and the reliability of battery systems is the foundation for the sustainable development of the energy storage industry.

 

General Manager Kang Xueyuan stated that Jingye New Energy focuses on energy storage system integration, wind-solar-storage integration, and zero-carbon park solutions, aiming to provide green transformation support for high-energy-consuming industries such as steel and chemical. The company has extensive experience in practical implementation. Under the 'dual carbon' goals, the scale of energy storage power stations is rapidly expanding, but the performance of battery cells directly affects the safety and economic efficiency of the system. 

 

Both parties, starting from the perspective of 'energy storage power station performance and safety reliability,' will explore promoting the deep integration of energy storage technology with industrial scenarios through supply chain collaboration. In the future, they will take this as an opportunity to inject more effective 'green momentum' into the high-quality development of both companies through model innovation, resource integration, and service stacking.
